  • 320 ml water
  • 25 g sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the yogurt until creamy, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the water and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
