Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 355 ml cream
  • 60 ml whiskey (bourbon)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 15 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the cornstarch in a small bowl and mix with some of the cream. Combine the remaining cream with the whiskey and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the cornstarch and let it boil briefly, remove from the heat, and serve warm. It tastes delicious with my “Soaked Fruitcake” recipe. It should also always be eaten warm.
