  • 100 g yogurt
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • n. B. cane sugar
  • possibly ginger
  • possibly cardamom
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly rose water

Instructions

Vigorously mix yogurt with lukewarm water and cane sugar. You can also vary it with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, or rose water. It’s sure to please many and is good for digestion. In India, lassi is drunk with meals.
