Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g oyster mushrooms or mushrooms
- 500 g tomatoes
- 30 g butter
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 1 package of pasta, fresh, from the refrigerated section
- 1 ball of mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel off the skins. Dice the tomatoes. Brown the mushrooms in hot fat. Add the tomato paste and crème fraîche and sauté for three minutes. Stir in the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Place the pasta in a baking dish and pour the mushroom sauce over the pasta. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
