  • 150 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)

  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ jar milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cucumber salad with soy cream and Worcestershire sauce dressing

Pour the soy cream into a separate bowl. Add the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Season with dill and herb salt. Use the Worcestershire sauce sparingly! If it’s too sour for your liking, add more milk or soy cream until you reach your desired acidity. Meanwhile, slice or grate the cucumbers. Transfer to a larger salad bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
