Lavender and Cucumber Sour

The perfect lavender and cucumber sour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Set:

  • 20 cl Hendrick’S gin
  • 1 liter Tonic water
  • 15 tbsp Lavender syrup
  • 10 disc Cucumber
  • 10 Pc. Ice cubes
  • 5 disc Cucumber
  • 5 Pc. Lavender flowers
  1. Put 2 ice cubes and 2 cucumber slices in each long drink glass. Then add 4cl Hendrick’s gin and pour approx. 200 ml tonic water (depending on the desired intensity). Finally add 3 tablespoons of lavender syrup and decorate the edge of the glass with 1 cucumber slice and 1 lavender flower.
