Lavender and Cucumber Sour
The perfect lavender and cucumber sour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Set:
- 20 cl Hendrick’S gin
- 1 liter Tonic water
- 15 tbsp Lavender syrup
- 10 disc Cucumber
- 10 Pc. Ice cubes
- 5 disc Cucumber
- 5 Pc. Lavender flowers
- Put 2 ice cubes and 2 cucumber slices in each long drink glass. Then add 4cl Hendrick’s gin and pour approx. 200 ml tonic water (depending on the desired intensity). Finally add 3 tablespoons of lavender syrup and decorate the edge of the glass with 1 cucumber slice and 1 lavender flower.
