Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g margarine
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp flowers (lavender flowers)
  • n. B. Ginger, young, freshly grated
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g almond(s), finely ground

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat margarine, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add lavender blossoms and ginger and stir in. Stir in flour and almonds and knead everything into a smooth dough. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then roll out to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out any desired shapes. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes – do not allow to brown. The cookies will be slightly soft when removed from the oven, but will harden as they cool.
