Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lavender flowers, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and beat again until fluffy. Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the lavender blossoms, and mix everything together. Scoop out dough with two teaspoons and place them on the baking paper, leaving space between each teaspoon, as they will spread in the oven. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
