Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 60 g honey
  • 1 tbsp orange peel, untreated, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g cornflakes, crumbled
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the almonds with honey, butter, orange zest, and salt in a pan and roast over low heat, stirring constantly, until the almonds are golden brown. Then remove the pan from the heat, add the cornflake crumbs, and mix well. Spread the mixture onto baking paper and let it cool slightly. Then shape the crispy pastry and let it cool completely.
