Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ lemon(s)
- 5 leaves of lemon balm
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 700 ml water
- 1 handful of lavender
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
First, turn on the kettle with 700 ml of water. Meanwhile, finely chop the lemon balm and lavender flowers. Squeeze the lemons. Pour everything into a measuring jug or other container and pour in the water and lemon juice. Add the sugar and stir well. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Use a sieve to filter out the lemon balm and lavender, then chill the finished lemonade completely in the refrigerator. Add ice cubes and sugar as needed.
