Ingredients

  • 5 Pc. Shrimp peeled deveined
  • 200 g Beef fillet
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 2 Pc. Dried chilli pepper
  • 5 Pc. Dried tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Handful Grated Parmesan
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Butter
  • 1 Spr Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash the prawns, marinate with salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic (chopped or crushed), olive oil, a little lemon juice and everything from the herb supply to taste and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
  • Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan with a teaspoon of salt. At the same time, bring 150 ml of water to the boil in a kettle, pour it into a container and soak the chili peppers and dried tomatoes in it.
  • Put the pasta in the boiling water in the pot and cook al dente according to the instructions.
  • Put a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns on both sides, then continue cooking over a low heat so that they don't get dry. If necessary, add a little liquid, e.g. 1 tbsp of the tomato and chilli sauce.
  • Melt a piece of butter and a little olive oil in a second pan. Season the beef fillet with plenty of salt and pepper and cut into even strips or slices. Fry vigorously on both sides to the desired cooking point.
  • Arrange three strips of beef fillet on a plate, place 1 prawn on top. Turn up the spaghetti with a fork and place on the plate. Refine with a dash of olive oil and a little freshly grated Parmigiano.
