Spaghetti Aglio Olio

The perfect spaghetti aglio olio recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 60 ml Virgin olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Halve, core and cut the chilli peppers into small strips. Cut the parsley into small strips.
  3. Slowly heat the oil in a pan and fry the chilli strips in it for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
  4. Drain the spaghetti in a sieve and add to the pan. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper. Spread the spaghetti on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
