Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 60 ml Virgin olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Halve, core and cut the chilli peppers into small strips. Cut the parsley into small strips.
  • Slowly heat the oil in a pan and fry the chilli strips in it for about 2 minutes. Add the garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
  • Drain the spaghetti in a sieve and add to the pan. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper. Spread the spaghetti on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
