Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Peperocino

The perfect spaghetti aglio olio e peperocino recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 200 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  1. Roughly chop the parsley, chilli and garlic and place in a small saucepan.
  2. Then add the olive oil, salt and pepper to the small saucepan and mix everything together.
  3. Gently heat the oil for 1 minute.
  4. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti, then mix the spaghetti with the sauce and serve.
