Ingredients
- 1 piece Peeled garlic clove
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 piece Chilli pepper fresh, red
- 125 g Spaghetti No. 5
- 5 tablespoon Olive oil
- 30 g Parmesan in one piece
Instructions
info
- This is a quick, yet very tasty version of the famous spaghetti. Ginger is not entirely Italian, but it goes well with garlic and chilli. The special pep is the deep-frying of the ingredients in the microwave. It doesn't matter whether you do this for just one person as a quick meal or for the whole clique. Then just multiply the ingredients.
preparation
- Finely dice ginger, garlic and chilli pepper (remove seeds) and place in a small porcelain or glass bowl. Pour olive oil over the mix so that all ingredients are covered.
- Put the water in a large saucepan and cook the pasta in the sparkling water in the open saucepan for about 8 minutes until al dente. Just before the end, place the plate on the saucepan for half a minute so that the steam heats it up.
- Meanwhile, place the bowl in the microwave and cover with the microwave lid (something could splash) and heat it at 800 watts for about 3 minutes. The oil becomes so hot that the contents are fried and give off much of its taste to the oil.
- Finely grate the Parmesan
- Drain the pasta directly from the water and place on a deep, preheated plate, pour the olive oil mixture over it (be careful, the bowl is damn hot), sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately (or eat yourself)
