Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of fruit
  • 600 g yogurt or quark, mascarpone or cream cheese
  • possibly milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s) (organic)
  • 200 g cake, ready-made (Ruhr cake)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Drain the fruit and let it drain well. If using quark or cream cheese, stir in a little milk until smooth. Mix the yogurt, quark, mascarpone, or cream cheese with the vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest. Cut the cake into pieces. Chop the fruit. Layer the cake, yogurt (or other dairy product), and fruit alternately in a bowl. Chill and let it set.
