Layered Dumplings
The perfect layered dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Mixed minced meat
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 El Oil
- 750 gr Dumpling dough ready-made or homemade
- 200 gr Sour cream
- 50 gr Grated Emmental
- Fry the mince with the spices and onions until crispy,
- Knead the dough well.
- Put the mince and dumplings in layers in the baking dish. Finally, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Baked at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
