  • 500 gr Mixed minced meat
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 El Oil
  • 750 gr Dumpling dough ready-made or homemade
  • 200 gr Sour cream
  • 50 gr Grated Emmental
  1. Fry the mince with the spices and onions until crispy,
  2. Knead the dough well.
  3. Put the mince and dumplings in layers in the baking dish. Finally, brush with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Baked at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
