Leaf lettuce with cucumbers in sour milk and dill cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of leaf lettuce
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g sour milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Sugar, optional
  • 2 tbsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Finely slice the cucumber. Stir together the dressing, season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
