Leaf salad with mango balsam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 green salad (iceberg, lamb’s lettuce, chicory)
  • 1 cup of cream yogurt
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar (mango balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce thoroughly, combine the yogurt, sour cream, and lemon juice in a bowl, and mix. Stir in the mango balsamic. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add this refreshing salad dressing to the salad just before serving.
