Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 100 ml olive oil
- 400 g white cabbage, stalk removed, cut into thin strips
- 3 tbsp mint, fresh, cut into thin strips
- 3 tbsp caraway seeds

Salata Malfuf
Grind the garlic cloves and salt in a mortar and pestle until a paste forms, then slowly stir in the lemon juice. Transfer the dressing to a large bowl and gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified. Add the cabbage, mint, and caraway seeds, and mix the coleslaw thoroughly.
