Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bags of mashed potato powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tbsp, leveled butter
  • 250 g minced beef or lamb
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions. Grease a casserole dish (approx. 26 cm in diameter) and pour half of the prepared mashed potatoes into it, spreading it evenly. Sauté the chopped onion with the minced meat, salt, pepper, chili, and cinnamon, then add it to the mashed potatoes in the dish. Spread the other half of the mashed potatoes over the mashed potatoes and spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the surface and spread the margarine evenly over the mashed potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with salad.
