Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg beef, lean
- 200 g pork neck
- 100 g bacon, fat (possibly with rind)
- 1 onion(s)
- 30 g salt
- 1 tsp pepper, white, white
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- grated lemon peel
- 500 ml water
- 5 g lard
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
Blend the minced meat in batches with the salt and water in a blender until smooth and glossy. Refrigerate the entire mixture to swell. Mix with the grated onion and other spices, season well, then pour into a greased loaf pan and press down firmly. Bake for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours at approximately 170°C – 180°C (top/bottom heat).
