Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 small boiled potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the potatoes and one onion very finely. Then add the egg, ground beef, and seasonings. Form the meatballs and fry them on both sides. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Remove the meatballs from the pan and place them in an ovenproof dish. Pour in a little water. Finely slice the other onion and place it on top. Cover and cook in the oven for a good 45-60 minutes.
