Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley
- some fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dice the onions and meatloaf. Quarter the mushrooms. Add the onions and meatloaf to a pan with a little fat and fry until crispy. Add the mushrooms and garlic and continue frying. Then add the cream cheese, mix well, and continue cooking for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
