simply delicious
*Laugendreiecke are triangular-shaped rolls made from croissant dough that have been treated with lye before baking. Alternatively, regular lye rolls can also be used. Fry the Leberkäse in a pan on both sides. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers, and cut the onion into rings. Wash the lettuce, shake it dry, and chop it up a little if necessary. Make the mustard dressing by simply mixing all of the ingredients together (mustard, yogurt, vinegar, and oil), then season with salt and pepper. Cut the rolls in half. Spread some dressing on the bottom half and top with the lettuce. Spread more dressing on the lettuce. Then place a slice of Leberkäse on top. Top with a slice of cheese, onions, and coleslaw, and place the other half of the roll on top.
