Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) Leberkäse, sliced ​​3 mm thick
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slice(s) cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • some mustard, hot
  • 12 slice(s) breakfast bacon, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

For the vegetables, halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and dice them. Halve the zucchini lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice them. Briefly fry the vegetables in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish. Finely chop the garlic and rosemary, add them, and mix. Spread the meatloaf slices with a little mustard, top with ham and cheese, and roll them up. Wrap each slice with three slices of bacon and place them on top of the vegetables in the baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with fried potatoes or mashed potatoes and salad.
