Schnitzel – Kohlrabi pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized pork schnitzel
  • 1 m.-large kohlrabi
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp meat broth powder (or half a stock cube)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with crème fraîche

Cut the schnitzel into strips. Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Fry both in a pan with oil until golden brown. Then deglaze with the wine and let it reduce briefly. Stir in the crème fraîche and season. Done! Perfect for a slim-while-you-sleep dinner.
