Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar mixed pickles of 285 g drained weight
- 8 slice(s) Leberkäse , each 1/2 cm thick
- 2 tbsp oil
- some cocktail tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the mixed pickles in a sieve and drain well. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Leberkäse. Drain slightly on a plate lined with kitchen paper. Then cut into bite-sized pieces or cut into shapes. Wash and dry the cocktail tomatoes, and halve them if necessary, depending on their size. Thread the mixed pickles and cocktail tomatoes onto skewers in a colorful order and then insert each into a piece of Leberkäse.
