Leberkäse Salad

The perfect leberkäse salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Mustard sweet
  • Salt
  • Colorful pepper
  • 600 g Meatloaf
  • 3 Medium-Sized onions, diced into small pieces
  • 1,5 Red pepper
  • 4 Pickled cucumber
  • 4 tbsp Cucumber water
  1. Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, cucumber water, salt and pepper. Cut the meat loaf into coarse strips and add to the marinade. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into strips; Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips; Halve the cucumber and cut into strips, add everything to the meat loaf. Mix the salad well and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.
  2. Serve the whole thing with patties, pretzels, farmer’s bread or onion baguette.
