Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 250 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 12 eggs
- 12 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the leek into small pieces and cook in salted water for 1 minute. Rinse and drain well. Combine the flour and milk, then beat in the eggs. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Fry 1/4 of the leek and 3 slices of bacon. Pour in 1/4 of the batter. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, until the pancake is set. Turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
