Like at a good Italian restaurant

Put the milk, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl and let it stand for 5 minutes. Now add the oil, add the flour and salt while stirring and knead into a firm dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Grease and flour the baking tray. Roll out the dough and place it on the tray. Let it rise for 5 minutes and then prick it with a fork. Spread the tomato puree on top (tip: only up to the edge), scatter the herbs on top. Spread some cheese on top. Distribute the salami, onion, mushrooms and peppers on top. Finally, spread the remaining cheese on the pizza. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted oven or 225 degrees top/bottom heat.
