Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg leek
- 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- pepper
- 100 g ham, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim and wash the leeks and slice them into thin rings. Place the thawed puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet-sized piece of parchment paper and roll them out into a large sheet of dough. Mix the crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the pastry sheet. Arrange the leeks on top and sprinkle with finely diced ham. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
