Hunter's Schnitzel Diana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pork schnitzels
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 50 g chanterelles OR mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¾ liter broth
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rub the schnitzel with salt, pepper, and paprika, coat in flour, and fry in hot fat for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the schnitzel. Brown the mushrooms in it. Add the broth and wine to the pan and bring to a boil with the cooking juices. Season with cream and pour over the schnitzel. A tip! Since I like things a bit heartier, I always add a bit more broth, wine, and spices for a nice crispy flavor.
