Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Dip with garlic and spring onions

Whisk the sour cream and yogurt until creamy. Thinly slice the spring onions and mince the garlic. Add both to the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. This dip is quick to make and goes well with grilled food, as well as baked potatoes, wedges, and rosemary potatoes.
