Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.6 kg leeks
- 1 tsp butter
- 300 ml water
- 200 ml cream
- Sauce thickener, light
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim, wash, and dice or slice the leeks. Melt the butter. Add the leeks, water, and seasonings. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Then add the cream. Bring to a boil briefly, thicken with a sauce thickener, and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
