Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 leek(s), large
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread with quark or cream cheese

Wash the leek and cut into thin strips. Chop the chives or finely chop them with scissors. Finely chop half the garlic clove (you can use more or none at all, depending on your taste). Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the quark and cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. It tastes delicious as a dip in the evening in front of the TV or on fresh whole-grain bread for breakfast.
