Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) leeks
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- Grated cheese as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the leek whole – not too soft. Roll the leek in the ham. Place it in a buttered casserole dish, pour over the cream, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
