Leek pizza with smoked pork

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 375 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 225 ml water
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pack of Kasseler cold cuts
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare a yeast dough, let it rise, and roll it out on a baking sheet. Spread the smoked pork slices on top. Fry the bacon, sauté the leek rings, and let cool. Stir in the crème fraîche, adding salt and pepper to taste. Spread the leek over the smoked pork and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (225°C) for about 25-30 minutes. Leave the oven off for another 5-10 minutes. Tip: The base also tastes good using two-thirds of the flour with spelt flour.
