Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 500 g leek
  • 200 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper, black
  • 300 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Make a dough from flour, egg, salt, and butter. Let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Cut the leek into rings and the ham into cubes. Then fry the bacon in oil and add the leek. Season with salt, curry, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough and line the bottom of a dish with it. Prick several times with a fork. Then make a glaze from the sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Spread the ham sausage over the dough in the dish, then pour the leek filling over it. Pour the glaze over the leek filling. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes and serve hot.
