Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 jar celery salad, finely grated
  • 2 apples (Boskop)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Cream or condensed milk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Remove most of the dark green parts from the leeks. Wash the leeks and slice them into thin rings, then place them in a large enough bowl. Chop the hard-boiled eggs, add the celery salad, and the chopped tart apples. Then, thin the mayonnaise with a little cream or condensed milk. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and a dash of lemon juice to taste. Then, stir the resulting dressing into the leeks.
