Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 stalk(s) leek, rings
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 150 g processed cheese with herbs
- 150 g cream cheese spread
- 500 ml beef broth (instant)
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, fry the ground beef (lightly seasoned) in its unshaped form. Add a generous 500 ml of water and 500 ml of broth. Add the leeks and onions and season to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the melted cheese. Serve with baguette.
