Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of water
  • nutmeg
  • 200 ml cream
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Supplement

Split the leek lengthwise and cut into half rings. Lightly sauté in a pan or pot with olive oil. Add a little water. Simmer briefly. Check the consistency of the leek. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly.
