Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 15 g salami (poultry salami)
  • 25 g raw ham
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 15 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp chili salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Leftovers from the raclette

Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Cut the salami and ham into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with a teaspoon of chili salt. Add the pasta, ham, and salami. Mix everything with the Parmesan cheese. Heat a pan with the butter. Add the pasta mixture to the pan and let it set. Plate and serve. Low in potassium, approx. 346 mg potassium.
