Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g salmon
- 1 organic lemon(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp fish seasoning, e.g. Treasures of the Caribbean
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- some salt and pepper, black pepper, ground

easy and quick to prepare
Rinse the salmon in cold water and pat dry. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Line an ovenproof baking dish with baking paper and place the salmon on top. Peel and slice the garlic, and scatter it over the salmon. Wash and pat dry the lemon, then cut it in half. Slice one half of the lemon. Lightly grate the zest from the other half, then squeeze the lemon. Combine the lemon juice and zest in a small bowl with the olive oil and fish seasoning and mix well. Spread the sauce evenly over the fish, arrange the lemon slices on top, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the hot oven. After about 15 minutes, switch from fan/convection oven to top/bottom heat to prevent the lemons and garlic from burning.
