Lemon buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 dash of sweet cream
  • 1 lemon(s), the squeezed juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Lemon(s), (zest or strips of untreated lemon peel)
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vigorously blend the buttermilk with the cream, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Garnish the lemon buttermilk with lemon zest strips and lemon balm leaves and serve.
