Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 ml syrup (cherry syrup)
  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 250 ml juice (banana juice)
  • 350 ml orange juice (blood orange juice)
  • 750 ml lemonade (bitter lemon)
  • 750 ml mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(alcohol-free)

Mix all ingredients and chill thoroughly (with ice cubes if desired). To serve, pour into a punch bowl and top with 750 ml of bitter lemon and 750 ml of mineral water. Add fruit as desired – fresh peaches go very well. The bitter lemon gives this punch just the right kick.
