Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink), or 200 ml soy milk and 100 ml vanilla soy milk
- 125 ml oil
- some flavoring (lemon flavor)
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) using conventional oven heating. Mix the ingredients well in a bowl (using a whisk), pour into a greased cake pan, and bake for about 60 minutes (exact baking time depends on the oven). TIP: For best results, I recommend baking the cake the day before serving, as it tastes delicious the first day, but the crust will have an unusual, slightly rubbery texture (not a big deal, really).
