Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 lemons
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g powdered sugar
Instructions

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the eggs, a pinch of salt, zest, and lemon juice, and continue stirring. Now mix in the flour and baking powder. Bake in a ring tin at approximately 170°C for about 40 minutes. Make a glaze from the powdered sugar and the juice of the remaining lemons and glaze the cake with it.
