Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 clove(s) garlic, (squeezed through a garlic press)
- dill
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
fruity sauce for fish
Peel the lemon whole, removing even the white pith. Then cut the individual segments from the skin (fillet). Heat the butter briefly in a small pan, then add the lemon wedges, capers, garlic, dill, and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil briefly, and you’re done.
