Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets, cod fillets (approx. 200 g each)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 100 g butter, cold
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drizzle the fish fillets with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and season with salt. Heat 50g of butter with the oil and fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with the remaining lemon juice and wine, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the remaining butter in small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the fish fillets on plates and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with potato salad.
