Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 lemons (peel)
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat the egg and sugar until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and lemon zest and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
